How do I choose which products a question appears on?

Each question can appear on a single product, on several, or across your whole catalogue.

In the question form, look at the Product Assignment panel on the right:

All Products — the question shows on every product page. Use this for shipping, returns or warranty questions that apply store-wide.
Specific Products — tick the products it applies to. Use this for questions about fit, materials or compatibility.

When a shopper submits a question from a product page, it is automatically assigned to that product.

Changing the assignment updates the storefront immediately — there is no cache to clear.
