Can I manually chat with my customers or see their replies in the app?

Manual chat, an inbox UI and viewing customer replies are not supported. Customers who reply to a WhatsApp message reach you in your own WhatsApp Business account, not in the app. Promotional messages are supported: use WhatsApp Marketing → Campaign Management to create and schedule campaigns with an approved marketing template (Free plan: 1 campaign per month; Advance: unlimited).
