How am I billed for the WhatsApp messages sent?

WhatsApp conversation charges are billed directly by Meta. You must add a valid payment method inside your Meta Business Manager. If Meta billing is not active, Meta rejects the message and it appears as Failed in the Message History tab of WhatsApp Automation; the app does not pause sending. On the Free plan, automated order and shipping messages stop for the rest of the billing period once the monthly limit of 50 is reached. The Advance plan is unlimited.
