How do I set up auto-response templates in WhatsAppify?

Auto-response templates help you provide instant replies to customers even when you're not available. Here's how to set them up:

  1. Log in to your AppifyCommerce dashboard.
  2. Navigate to WhatsAppifyAuto-Response Settings.
  3. Configure the following:

Welcome Message

Set the message customers see when they first open the chat widget. For example:

"Hi there! 👋 How can we help you today?"

Pre-filled Message

Define a default message that appears in the customer's WhatsApp input field when they click the chat button. For example:

"Hi, I have a question about your products."

Business Hours

  • Set your available hours so customers know when to expect a response.
  • Configure an away message for off-hours, such as:

    "Thanks for reaching out! We're currently offline but will get back to you within 24 hours."

  1. Click Save to apply your templates.
