How do I customize the WhatsApp widget in AppifyCommerce – Social Chat?

All customization happens on the Appify Chat settings page in your WordPress admin — no coding required. From there you can adjust:

WhatsApp number & message — the number visitors are connected to and the pre-filled message they send.
Icon — upload your own icon through the WordPress media library (or keep the default WhatsApp icon) and set its corner radius.
Message box styling — set the background color, font color and shadow color of the greeting bubble, plus its padding and corner radius.
Mobile redirection — choose how the button opens for visitors on mobile devices.

After changing any option, click Save to apply it to your live site.
