Can we disable any rule for a while?
Yes, you can disable or re-enable any of the rules, just select your desired rule from the dashboard opt for edit and you will find a button to disable the rule.
What if I don’t want some exceptional customers to get auto-tagged?
Click “Customer Exception” from the top navigation bar, and start adding your desired customers into an exceptional list, those customers won’t be auto-tagged.
How to start creating rules?
Click “Create New Rule” from the top navigation bar, set a rule according to your needs and save it. All existing rules appear under the “Dashboard / Home”.
When do tags get applied?
Our app has a queue system, so if you have a large number of orders, our app will take a while to tag them all, perhaps 10 to 20 minutes depending on the number of orders.
How do I set up the App?
No extra code or installation steps are required to make the app functional. Just install the app and create rules & conditions as per your needs and you are good to go it will start working immediately.
