At Appify Commerce, we strive to provide high-quality Shopify apps to enhance your online store. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our app, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if you have purchased one of our Shopify apps and submit a refund request within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: The app must not have been used for any commercial purposes and should not have been modified or tampered with in any way.
  • Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@appifycommerce.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to a service that involves recurring payments, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the subsequent billing period, and your access to the app will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • One-Time Purchases: For one-time purchases, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the purchase, provided that the app has not been downloaded or used. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

Limitations

  • Refunds and cancellations are only applicable to the initial purchase or subscription of the app. Subsequent renewals, additional services, or custom development work are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
  • Refunds will not be granted for purchases made during promotional periods or with discount codes.
