- Click on Create Rule
- Name the rule
- Select On Order Create from Trigger / Event
- Select where to tag (Customer/Order)
- Give the recognizable tags
- Select the option you need from End/Or
- Select the condition: Billing Address Postal Code and set the parameters as required
- Save the rule.
