What if I Want to add a new tag based on an existing customer tag?

  • Click on Create Rule
  • Name the rule
  • Select On Order Create from Trigger / Event
  • Select where to tag (Customer/Order)
  • Give the recognizable tags
  • Select the option you need from End/Or
  • Select condition: Customer tags and set the parameters as required
  • Save the rule.
