How to Export and Use Leads

FitMagik captures email addresses from customers who use the virtual try-on feature, giving you valuable leads for marketing and follow-up.

What Are Leads?​

Leads are email addresses collected (with customer consent) from shoppers who used the virtual try-on on your store. These customers have shown strong purchase intent by actively engaging with your products.

How to View Leads​

  1. Open the FitMagik Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Leads page
  3. Browse through collected email addresses along with associated product and try-on details

How to Export to CSV​

  1. Go to the Leads page in your dashboard
  2. Click the Export button
  3. A CSV file will be downloaded containing all your collected leads

Ideas for Using Leads​

  • Remarketing emails — Send targeted product recommendations based on what customers tried on
  • Abandoned cart recovery — Follow up with customers who tried products but didn't purchase
  • Segmented campaigns — Group leads by product category for more relevant messaging
  • Special offers — Send exclusive discounts to try-on users to encourage conversion
