How can I enable or disable translations in Askify?

You can manage language translations for your Askify Q&A content by following these steps:

  • Go to Askify App > Translations in your Shopify admin panel.

  • You'll see a list of available languages along with their translation status (e.g., Translated or Not Translated).

  • Select the languages you want to manage by checking the boxes next to them.

  • Use the "Translated on" or "Translated off" buttons at the top-right to enable or disable translations for the selected languages.

  • If a language is marked as "Not Translated", click on Edit translation next to it to start translating content manually.

💡 Note: This feature is available in the Professional Plan of Askify.
