padding properties are used to generate space around an element’s content, inside of any defined borders, in same way Banner Padding setting the value in the banner padding field will enable the corresponding space inside the banner around the elements.

In Banner Padding the first value represent top & bottom; that is how much space will be used above and below the elements. Second value represent left & right; that is how much space will be used at left side and right side of the elements.
